Invest in sessions with Sarah to get back on track or to stay on track. All training is one-on-one and tailored to individual needs, will always have at least a small challenging element (or a big one if thats whats right fo you!), and will help you to maintain mobility and stability in all the right places. All 55-minute sessions are total-body and sure to encourage strength and flexibility of both mind and body. Whether it’s Pilates apparatus you want, or slow flow yoga and stretch, or a combo, Sarah will keep you moving and learning and will empower you to DO IT TO YOURSELF when you leave the studio.
